Since our services involve advance planning, vendor bookings, resource allocation, and customized arrangements, our return and refund policy is different from that of physical products.

1. Package Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a booked event package by contacting us through our registered phone number or email. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible before the scheduled event date.

Once a package has been confirmed, certain planning and booking activities may already have been initiated. Therefore, the refundable amount, if any, will depend on the stage of planning and the services already arranged.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Any advance payment made towards an event package may be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
  • Payments already made to third-party vendors, venues, decorators, caterers, or other service providers may be non-refundable.
  • If services have already been arranged, purchased, or partially delivered, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.
  • Once the event services have commenced, refunds will generally not be available.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

3. Changes to Event Services

If you wish to modify your selected package, event date, venue, or services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate reasonable changes depending on availability and any additional costs involved.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be communicated to the customer before processing. Refunds may take several business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider or bank.
