1. Cancellation Request

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the stage of event preparation.

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting applicable expenses.
  • Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to higher cancellation charges.
  • Amounts already paid to venues, vendors, suppliers, decorators, caterers, or other third parties may be non-refundable.
  • If significant arrangements have already been made for the event, the corresponding costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Once event services have commenced, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Change of Event Date

If you need to change your event date instead of cancelling, please contact us as early as possible. Date changes will be considered based on availability and may be subject to additional charges or vendor-related costs.

4. Cancellation by Endram Event Solution

In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to provide the agreed services, we will communicate with the customer and make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution. Any refund, where applicable, will be determined based on the services and expenses involved.

5. Refund After Cancellation

If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
